The “Life Works Here” remote work relocation incentive in Northwest Arkansas USA that launched in 2020 just got a promotional boost with the news of Airbnb’s launch of a new dedicated remote work hub for the region of Northwest Arkansas on the Airbnb website.

The news release from Airbnb about the launch notes that this new hub was launched in partnership between Airbnb and the Northwest Arkansas Council to help remote workers find local Airbnb listings and explore all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Northwest Arkansas’s Life Works Here program offers a $10k USD relocation incentive for remote workers (+ a mountain or road bike) and attracted more than 67,000 people to apply.

The hub is part of Airbnb’s Live and Work Anywhere initiative which launched in 2022 to identify some of the most remote-worker-friendly destinations in the world, and support governments and Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) to help revive tourism and open up new economic opportunities for communities following the pandemic.

Northwest Arkansas is surrounded by the Ozark mountains, and offers a variety of outdoor recreation activities with over 500 miles of mountain biking trails and paved paths, additionally- several distinct downtowns with quaint town squares and award-winning restaurants.
