Hawaiian Air Launching Covid Test Drive-Thru For Quarantine-Free Trips to Hawaii

Thinking of dipping out to Hawaii to ride out the winter during the upcoming winter months?

The state of Hawaii is expected to launch its covid pre-travel testing program on Oct. 15, 2020, offering guests traveling from the U.S. Mainland to Hawaii the option to forego the mandatory 14-day self-quarantine.

The only catch? You have to take the covid test within 72 hours of arrival to Hawaii (with a negative test result showing) from a state approved facility.

Hawaiian Airlines is taking bold steps to streamline the process for customers with a new program being launched to offer drive-thru Covid PCR testing (the nasal swab test) exclusively for Hawaiian Air customers in partnership with Worksite Labs for results guaranteed in 36 hours near SFO & LAX airport. Read more about the program here on Forbes, and on the Hawaiian Airlines Website.
